• 2+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation .
• Hands-on experience with depositions, motion practice, document and electronic discovery, and drafting pleadings.
• Expertise in business and partnership disputes , construction law , employment issues , land use and real estate disputes , and breach of fiduciary duty claims is highly preferred.
• Billable hours requirement: Soft 1750.
