Allied Resources is looking for an experienced Plant Project Manager/Engineer to join an ingredients manufacturing facility out of Newark NJ. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in engineering, project management, and manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct process studies to identify and implement opportunities for manufacturing and energy efficiency improvements.
• Execute and oversee capital projects, ensuring control of scope, schedule, and costs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and project premises with stakeholders.
• Generate and present project reports and financial forecasts to senior management.
• Maintain updated documentation such as process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and automation functional descriptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of project-based engineering experience, particularly in capital project execution.
• Proficiency in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and reaction chemistry, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
