Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the CEO with daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Travel with the CEO as needed for business engagements.
• Manage incoming calls and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Keep our social media channels fresh and engaging.
• Plan and execute company events.
• Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in CRM software , QuickBooks (QB) , Zoho , Google Workspace , Office 365 , and Canva .
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (bilingualism is a plus).
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
