Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a customer engagement and revenue strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with leadership to report progress and strategic insights.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with enterprise clients, identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage all aspects of customer accounts, from initial outreach to closing deals and ongoing support.
Sales Execution
- Leverage technical knowledge to demonstrate product advantages, translating complex features into clear customer benefits.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Market Expertise & Collaboration
- Partner closely with Field Applications Engineers to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
Customer Development
- Drive customer adoption of products, address challenges, and oversee the resolution of issues to maintain momentum toward revenue goals.
- Communicate updates on product roadmaps and identify new opportunities through data insights and industry analysis.
Requirements
- Technical Background : Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Sales Experience : Minimum of 3 years in sales or marketing roles within technical or technology product companies.
- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of energy storage systems, battery technology, or related fields.
- Proven Success : Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration : Strong cross-functional teamwork skills, capable of aligning technical and commercial goals.
- Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
- Preferred : MBA and additional technical certifications are a plus.
