COMPENSATION: Base + 20% bonus of annual salary paid quarterly.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Inside Sales Representative will work from our Denver, CO location and will report to the VP of Business Development and Strategy. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by selling service agreements and facilitating sign-ups for our web ordering platform. This is a dynamic, customer-focused position that requires proactive lead generation, relationship building, and guiding potential customers through the onboarding process. You will work closely with prospects to convert them into active users of our platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Prospect for New Clients: Actively generate and qualify new leads by reaching out to potential customers who would benefit from our web ordering platform.
- Cold Calling and Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects and introduce the benefits of our web ordering platform.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects based on their business needs, ensuring they are a good fit for our platform. Use consultative selling techniques to assess their requirements.
- Guide Prospects to Sign-Up: Walk prospects through the sign-up process for the web ordering platform, ensuring they understand the value and ease of the system.
- Platform Demonstrations: Provide live demonstrations and explain key features of the web ordering platform to highlight its advantages and address any questions or objections.
- Objection Handling: Overcome objections and concerns from prospects by emphasizing the platform’s features, benefits, and its ability to streamline their ordering process.
- Customer Onboarding: Support prospects throughout the initial sign-up phase, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and assisting with any platform setup requirements.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who have shown interest but haven’t yet signed up, offering additional support and addressing any lingering concerns.
- CRM Management: Accurately track all leads, interactions, and progress within the CRM, ensuring all data is up to date and follow-up tasks are scheduled.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring a consistent flow of leads to meet and exceed sign-up goals.
- Collaboration with Sales Team and Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are transitioned smoothly and that prospects have a positive experience with the platform.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high-school graduate or GED Equivalent.
- Experienced in inside sales, customer service, or call center environment desirable. Minimum 6 months sales experience required.
- Ability to research and resolve customer issues while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Successful at sales, including developing and maintaining good customer relationships.
- A relationship builder with team members across the company to best support mutual objectives.
- A strong organizer and planner with good prioritization skills.
- A strong problem solver with deductive reasoning skills.
- An assertive person with a high level of energy, and resilient to rejection.
- A great communicator – written and verbal.

The following skills are a plus, but not required:
- Industrial distribution work experience providing inside sales or customer support.
- Experience working with a CRM.
