Sales Manager (Player/Coach) - Construction / Architectural Products

What You Will Do
- Transform the current sales approach into a proactive, structured sales machine
- Coach and elevate an existing team (including remote reps) while identifying and recruiting new talent
- Implement a sales methodology across the organization
- Develop strategic territory plans that target high-potential geographic markets
- Create winning strategies to influence both direct buyers (contractors) and key specifiers (architects)

About You
- Proven success managing both inside and outside sales teams
- Experience with complex bidding processes and estimation strategies
- Track record of developing territories and expanding market presence
- Understanding of architectural and construction industry sales cycles (preferred)
Location & Travel
- WNY base location preferred, but hybrid / flexible for the right candidate (relocation assistance available)
- Regular travel required to support team and develop territories
- Team currently split between WNY and NYC
