Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team with a strong focus on B2B healthcare benefit solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in healthcare insurance, a passion for helping businesses navigate their extended healthcare benefit options, and the ability to build lasting relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to businesses on healthcare insurance products, including coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify new business opportunities within the B2B sector and drive revenue growth.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
• Prepare and present product proposals to businesses, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of industry-specific sales experience in the healthcare space from both the insurance and brokerage sides (mandatory) .
• Proven business development experience in benefits and health and disability insurance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance products, regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
