What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of mechanical engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in a complex technical environment.
- Expertise in mechanical system design, hydronic systems, and testing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, tools, and industry standards.

- Proficiency with industry-specific software tools (e.g., Carrier HAP).
