Role Overview

Society Mortgage is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants in our Consumer Direct business. This role requires a strong background in loan origination within a consumer direct or call center environment, as well as exceptional leadership and organizational skills. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving production, mentoring your team, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants to achieve sales and production goals
• Oversee daily operations of the Consumer Direct sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Support team members in resolving escalated client issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan origination within a consumer direct or call center environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies
• Knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and the loan process
• NMLS license required
• Must be able to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL
