Personal Assistant/House Manager

Bel Air, Onsite

$85,000-$90,000

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Personal Assistant/House Manager to help manage a variety of tasks in a warm, welcoming home. Our client values someone who is not only highly organized but also reliable and proactive in handling daily household operations and personal duties. This role involves overseeing everything from home management to assisting with personal tasks, ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills, someone who anticipates needs and handles everything with a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the household, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and orderliness.
  • Coordinate and manage home maintenance, including scheduling and overseeing repairs, cleaning, and other service providers.
  • Manage household supplies, including inventory, purchasing, and stocking of necessary items.
  • Handle personal errands such as shopping, dry cleaning, and picking up prescriptions.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements (e.g., booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries).
  • Assist with special projects or events, such as planning gatherings or coordinating travel.
  • Maintain personal calendars and reminders for key appointments, deadlines, and engagements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for household staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely service.
  • Assist in organizing and planning events, family gatherings, parties, or social functions at the residence.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential matters.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
