firstPRO is seeking a talented Project and Process Analyst-Healthcare & Research to join our client’s team in Philadelphia. This hybrid contract-to-hire role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and in-person collaboration, with a focus on process mapping, healthcare, research, and project work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process mapping efforts to conceptualize, diagram, and optimize workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficiency improvements.
• Drive project success in healthcare and research environments by analyzing complex systems and delivering tailored solutions.
• Oversee essential project elements, including business case development, requirements elicitation, documentation, and testing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring projects meet business and end-user needs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, aligning projects with broader organizational objectives.
• Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities.
• Design and use measurement activities to evaluate project effectiveness, return on investment, and success metrics.
• Maintain detailed and tailored project documentation, ensuring clarity and usability for all involved parties.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of Analysis experience, with a strong focus on process mapping and project work in healthcare and research.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with BABOK guidelines and a foundational understanding of change and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, with a proven ability to conceptualize workflows and support strategic initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, ensuring effective collaboration across diverse teams.
