Optomi, in partnership with a leader in telecommunications industry, is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The right candidate will be responsible for alerting, ticketing, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly!
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Monitor alerts to ensure timely responses.
- Manage tickets effectively to track and resolve issues.
- Maintain optimal system performance.
- Communicate with individuals via email and phone to assist in resolving requests.
Experience of the right candidate:
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira
- Willingness and eagerness to learn
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in IT support.
