Vaco is working with a client in Consumer Service industry who is looking for a Temp HR Generalist to help key HR functions. Key functions will include onboarding/new hire orientation, employee relations, and offboarding functions. This opportunity will be a 2-3 month temp assignment looking to pay between $28-$32/hr. This opportunity will be in office at a hybrid schedule for either their Detroit or Grand Rapids Michigan locations.

Job Specifications:

• Handle full onboarding and new hire orientation efforts
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Handling all employee relations efforts
• Handling all offboarding and separation efforts
• 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience required for role
• Degree preferred
• Experience working in Consumer service or related fields preferred
