Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork management
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
