Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and other services.
- Assist clients with policy updates, billing inquiries, and documentation requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Support the sales and account management teams with administrative tasks.
- Ensure all client interactions adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
