About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of providing extraordinary care and support to individuals with differing abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the executive management of the organization, including strategy and planning, program delivery, external collaboration, resource development, finance, budgeting, and governmental affairs. This role demands a proven leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity, a passion for the mission, and a deep understanding of relevant services and funding mechanisms. The President and CEO will be tasked with inspiring and guiding a large team, balancing the organization's mission with sustainability, and serving as a service leader and advocate in the community.Candidates for the President and CEO position at the company should be adept at building and nurturing a strong organizational culture, possess excellent communication skills, and have a collaborative, approachable, and decisive leadership style. The role requires a strategic thinker who can manage competing priorities and maintain a calm demeanor, as well as a relationship builder who can work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree strongly recommended. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, be comfortable with technology and management information systems, and have experience in recruiting and motivating volunteers. The focus is on finding a leader who can articulate a compelling vision, keep the team focused during challenging times, and invite new partners into the mission.
