About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for its inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic plan that prioritizes clinical excellence, financial performance, and business development. This role involves creating and maintaining operational controls, overseeing the financial structure, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards. The CEO will also be tasked with leading a high-performance management team, including the recruitment and retention of key staff, and fostering a culture of superior patient care and community service.Applicants for the CEO position at the company's rehabilitation hospital should have a minimum of 5 years' successful healthcare management experience, with a preference for those who have served as a hospital or healthcare facility CEO or COO. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, in a relevant field such as business, healthcare operations/management, or a clinical discipline. The ideal candidate will have a passion for superior clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and partner relationships, and experience in rehabilitation hospital settings is highly valued. The role demands a leader who can motivate and guide a team, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and uphold the organization's mission to serve the community.
