About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for its integrated behavioral health, whole health, and housing non-profit organization. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible healthcare services to underserved populations, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sustainable growth while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations. Key responsibilities include operational management, financial oversight, community and stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and board governance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, at least 10 years of senior leadership experience, and a proven track record in financial management and healthcare delivery systems.The successful CEO will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the funding and policy systems that impact the organization's operations. They should be adept at fostering partnerships, influencing legislation, and advocating for the mission. The role requires a leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, who is committed to equity and can inspire the leadership team to achieve service excellence and community impact. The candidate must be a careful and curious listener, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, and be able to manage change effectively. A background in integrated care models and experience in community-based healthcare settings is preferred. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and alignment with the organization's goals.
