About the Role

The role requires a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational development, and team leadership, as well as strong financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, a deep understanding of the company's mission and values, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Responsibilities also include programmatic excellence, advocacy, and policy influence, as well as risk management and compliance. The CEO will be expected to travel as necessary and work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
