The Company is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing essential services to vulnerable populations. The CEO will also oversee financial and operational activities, serve as the primary spokesperson, and lead initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion.Applicants for the President/CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' senior management experience, ideally in the nonprofit sector. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational development, and team leadership, as well as strong financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, a deep understanding of the company's mission and values, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Responsibilities also include programmatic excellence, advocacy, and policy influence, as well as risk management and compliance. The CEO will be expected to travel as necessary and work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
