The CEO will also be tasked with promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity and celebrating the achievements of the team.Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years' management experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in areas such as budget development, analysis, and oversight, marketing for volume growth, program development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role demands a leader who can provide motivation, celebrate team achievements, and is willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
