About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Development, Marketing, and Community Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fund-raising projects and events, defining donor cultivation and solicitation strategies, and engaging various stakeholders in cultivating donor relationships. This role involves the design and implementation of marketing plans, development of promotional materials, and serving as the company spokesperson. The Executive Director will also be tasked with managing day-to-day marketing and PR activities, as well as special events, and will be expected to maintain a high standard of communication and organizational policies.Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science in business administration, marketing, or organizational planning, or a minimum of 5 years' related healthcare experience. A managerial and administrative background in planning, marketing, and public relations is essential, with a preference for those with five or more years in healthcare administration. The role requires strong organizational and administrative abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in computer skills is a must, and experience in budget and financial planning management is desired.
