About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations for one of its North American regions. The successful candidate will be tasked with executing the Chief Operating Officer's leadership vision, driving retail and restaurant excellence, and maintaining exceptional relationships with landlords and business partners. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in operations, including the ability to grow sales and operating profit while enhancing customer, team member, and landlord satisfaction. The SVP will be responsible for establishing and maximizing key performance indicators, ensuring financial operating objectives are met, and leading a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing senior operations leadership team.Candidates for the SVP Operations position at the company must have a minimum of 15 years of combined education and professional experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role and 10 years in a technical role. A background in retail, F&B, and/or hospitality is essential, with a focus on operations management. The role demands a leader with advanced business acumen, a strategic mindset, and a history of creating positive work environments through coaching and team development. Specialized skills in managing highly visible relationships with various stakeholders and a continuous improvement mindset are also required. The SVP will be expected to reside within the assigned region and travel up to 70% of the time.
