About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to join their team and lead the organization in its mission to create a more diverse and inclusive network of conservationists. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including managing and supporting staff, ensuring successful program implementation, and working with the co-CEOs to build and execute relationships, partnerships, and fundraising strategies. This role requires a leader with a background in wildlife conservation and/or environmental education, experience in team management, and a deep commitment to the mission of breaking down systemic barriers in the conservation movement. The Managing Director will also be involved in program oversight, HR processes, and will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and accountability.Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a passion for the mission, a minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role, and a proven track record of operational and strategic leadership.
