About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enrollment and Student Services to provide strategic and operational leadership in the areas of student marketing, enrollment, student financial services, and student success. The successful candidate will be responsible for a seamless and affirmative student enrollment experience, with a focus on recruiting and retaining a diverse student body across national and online platforms. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in meeting enrollment and revenue goals, as well as the ability to work collegially and strategically to drive the institution's enrollment efforts. The Vice President will also be accountable for overseeing financial aid operations, student services, campus center operations, international student services, and the Department of Athletics.Applicants for the Vice President of Enrollment and Student Services position at the company should hold a Master's degree (a doctorate is preferred) and have at least 7 years' of progressive leadership experience in higher education, particularly in the areas of enrollment management and student services administration. The role demands an individual with a strong management background, the ability to work with a diverse student population, and a commitment to the values of the liberal arts tradition. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of building and leading effective teams, and will demonstrate transparent and courageous decision-making skills.
