About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Information Technology to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing IT strategies that drive operational excellence and support the growth of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the strategic and operational aspects of IT, leading the IT team, and partnering with business leaders to ensure that IT systems and processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company's long-term objectives. This role demands a leader with a strong background in IT, including experience in integrating heterogeneous systems, proficiency in data management, and a deep understanding of IT hardware, tools, and operating environments.As the Head of IT, the primary focus will be on building and maintaining IT systems that can support the company's diverse and complex industrial operations. This includes the development and delivery of ERP and other operating system solutions, as well as the implementation of scalable data storage, management, and analytics solutions. The role also involves overseeing IT operations, ensuring the availability and performance of IT systems, and managing a high-performing IT team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years' experience in a senior IT leadership role, a relevant undergraduate degree, and a proven track record in IT strategy development, project management, and vendor management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
