This pivotal role involves a primary focus on expanding the company's presence within the Azure ecosystem, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to meet business growth objectives. Key responsibilities for the Sales Director include strategic planning, sales execution, brand promotion, lead generation, prospecting, sales management, and relationship building within the firm and with strategic ecosystem partners.Applicants for the Sales Director position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in selling IT consulting, professional services, outsourced development, and implementation services, with at least 5 years specifically in the Microsoft Azure domain. A robust network of existing relationships within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem is essential to jumpstart conversations and go-to-market strategies. The role requires a candidate with proven sales skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities, who is self-motivated and results-oriented. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Azure applications and their implementation, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.
