DSJ Global has partnered with a top Automotive Manufacturer in seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Charlotte, NC . This position provides a distinctive chance to spearhead equipment improvement initiatives and develop innovative solutions that propel the business forward.

As an Electrical Engineer , you will…

• Manufacturing Equipment Expert: Perform root cause analysis, implement countermeasures, and manage the lifecycle of manufacturing equipment while identifying improvement opportunities and training associates on automation technology.
• Project Management: Define project scopes, manage design and construction of electrical systems, maintain project schedules, and oversee contractors' activities to ensure cost control and desired outcomes.
• New Technology: Use manufacturing expertise to support the company’s development of new processes.

The Electrical Engineer should have the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or 6 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: Ability to interact in a team environment. Proficiency in PLC Programming, Robotics, Vision Systems, electrical controls, safety systems, servo motor, VFD control, AutoCAD electrical design, and MS Office.
