Job Duties
- First HR Point of Contact : Serve as the first point of contact for employees at the Windsor Warehouse regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Employee Management : Handle administrative tasks related to the management of both regular and temporary employees. This includes overseeing working hours, attendance, payroll processing, and addressing inquiries related to vacation and benefits.
- HR Data Management : Update and maintain the employee information system, ensuring the accurate registration of new hires and proper record-keeping for existing employees.
- HR Policy and Procedure Management : Manage corporate HR guidelines, preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
- Temporary Employee Management : Manage temporary employees and agency staff, including assignment and performance tracking.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations : Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide employees with the necessary information.
- Safety and Environmental Compliance : Supervise the adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR (required).
- Strong skills in HR administration and people management are essential.
- Ability to work independently as the first point of contact is essential.
- Previous work experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.
- Fluency in both English and Korean is preferred.
