Our client, a global and growing manufacturing company is seeking an energetic and professional Sales Administrative Assistant to join the team. This position will require you to work in the Elk Grove office, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach efforts.
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and resolving issues.
- Managing customer complaints and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales materials, and managing sales calendars.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products to successfully complete daily tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in an Inside Sales or related role
- 1-2 years in the manufacturing industry
