Position Overview

• Title: Asset Management Analyst
• Location: Chicago
• Compensation: $80-90k + bonus (DOE)
• Experience: 0-2 years in finance, accounting, or asset management; real estate experience preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor financial and operational performance of multi-family properties.
• Use data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work cross-functionally with operations and field leaders to implement changes.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decisions.
• Diagnose and resolve process inefficiencies and technical challenges.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Develop expertise in business software (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI).
• Build and refine budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ; familiarity with Yardi, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated in dynamic settings.
