Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site meetings to address project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Collaborate with the project management team to review project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on high-rise multifamily or hospitality projects.
