Salary: $90K-$95K

Essential Functions:

• Develop cooperative relationships with vendors and tenants.
• Prepare detailed annual operating budgets.
• Collection of rent in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to tenant requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Processing of invoices and vendor set up.
• Prepare monthly expense variance reports.
• Oversee capital expenditures, including selection and oversight of all third-party vendors.
• Onsite event management and coordination.
• Manage and maintain the social media accounts.
• Work with leasing team to tour prospective tenants through available spaces.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in commercial property management. Experience in retail property management preferred.
• Working knowledge of Yardi preferred.
• Experience with budgets and general accounting functions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience MSOffice suite.
