Our Client is a leading, well-established, privately held, CRE firm with close to 20M SQFT of office and industrial assets throughout the Carolinas.

They are seeking an experienced Commercial Office Property Manager to oversee roughly 500,000 SF multisite, Class A office portfolio.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4 year degree required or 8+ years of commercial property management experience
• Strong understanding of real estate operating & capital budgets, and property operations (MRI experience is a bonus)
• Highly analytical, decisive, and able to operate independently
• Experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and familiarity with property accounting systems
• General understanding of commercial construction and experience managing minor tenant upfits.
• Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills; relationship driven
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents (leases, management agreements, etc)
