PART-TIME POSITION WITH GREAT PAY at $17/HR
- Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks within an office
- Answering phone calls, greet visitors, schedule appointments, manage files and maintain office supplies, schedule appointments and interviews
- Interact with clients and vendors, address inquiries
- Providing positive and professional interactions with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Must have: strong communication, organizational, and time management
- Must have: high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Provide positive and professional interactions with clients
- Must be proficient in word, excel and power point
- Bilingual preferred but not mandatory (English and Spanish)
