Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency within our solar energy supply chain. This role is crucial in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving processes while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to optimize warehouse performance through strategic planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including dispatching, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Implement lean warehousing practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline solar project workflows.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solar components.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to maintain excellent service levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and procurement practices.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Analyze profit-loss statements related to warehouse operations and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with broader company goals in renewable energy projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with 3PL operations and vendor management is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for transportation planning and profit-loss analysis.
