We are currently recruiting for a Temp-to-Perm Lead Receptionist/Reception Manager role for one of the most prestigious private equity firms in the world! This is a great opportunity to join an incredible team and grow your career.


THE CLIENT

Our client is an incredibly well-respected private equity firm that is going through great growth and is in the process of an office-move to a larger building with more amenities.

They are looking to expand their world-class reception team and bring on a Lead Receptionist/Reception Manager to support their team.


THE ROLE

This is a Lead Receptionist/Reception Manager role based in their Midtown Manhattan office. This is a high-level reception role which will include managing the two current receptionist and reporting directly into the Head of Facilities/Administration.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing two receptionists
  • Meeting/greeting guests
  • Answering phones
  • Managing conference services
  • Working closely with the catering and facilities team to ensure seamless coordination and maintain a flawless operation across departments
  • Elevating the standard for the reception team by providing a premium, concierge-like service to the office and guests


The Ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in reception at a large corporate organization (financial services preferred)
  • Experience in a lead receptionist or supervisory reception role
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a high attention to detail


THE COMP/BENEFITS

  • Temp to Perm role
  • Paying between $75k - $90k on base salary based on experience
  • Full-time in the office
  • Comprehensive benefits package upon permanent offer
