Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an ongoing Temp Facilities Coordinator a private wealth management firm based in Midtown. If you have experience supporting facilities teams within a corporate setting (finance preferred), this is the role for you!


The Role – Facilities Coordinator


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up and tidying conference rooms.
  • Unpacking and organizing supplies, stock, and deliveries.
  • Loading/unloading the dishwasher
  • Preparing drinks and catering for client meetings.
  • Back-up reception coverage.
  • Ad hoc assistance across the office.


Job Details

  • Core Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Full-time in the office
  • $25 an hour
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: ongoing


Additional Details:

  • 1-5 years of experience preferred
  • Finance experience preferred
  • Corporate experience required
