We are currently recruiting for an ongoing Temp Facilities Coordinator a private wealth management firm based in Midtown. If you have experience supporting facilities teams within a corporate setting (finance preferred), this is the role for you!
The Role – Facilities Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and tidying conference rooms.
- Unpacking and organizing supplies, stock, and deliveries.
- Loading/unloading the dishwasher
- Preparing drinks and catering for client meetings.
- Back-up reception coverage.
- Ad hoc assistance across the office.
Job Details
- Core Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Full-time in the office
- $25 an hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: ongoing
Additional Details:
- 1-5 years of experience preferred
- Finance experience preferred
- Corporate experience required
