This role supports corporate and clinic employees, ensuring alignment with company mission, vision, and values. The People Operations Partner will drive efficiency, manage initiatives in Workday HRIS , and enhance the employee experience by supporting HR logistics, communication, and culture-building activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and support employee onboarding processes and conduct orientation sessions.
- Perform compensation analysis , career architecture support, and total rewards reporting.
- Develop, manage, and collaborate on People Services (PS) logistics, documentation, initiatives, and communications.
- Utilize and manage Workday HRIS for reporting and tracking PS initiatives.
- Act as a trusted resource for PS communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions , job requirements, and credentialing processes.
- Analyze market trends to ensure alignment with company strategy and culture.
- Work closely with leadership to promote employee engagement and maintain a positive company culture.
- Drive process improvements and ensure consistent, high-quality execution of PS responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience ; healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite , applicant tracking systems, and Workday (or similar HRIS platforms).
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, interactive work environment.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and promote a positive employee experience.
- Experience working with and supporting company mission, vision, and values initiatives.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement opportunities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Multilingual (Spanish preferred).

- Strong logical reasoning skills for both simple and complex problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
