Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner – LATAM

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner – LATAM to oversee HR operations across the Latin America region. This role is perfect for a mid-level HR professional ready to take on more leadership responsibility while driving impactful HR strategies in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will work closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, support regional teams, and create a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business needs across the LATAM region.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Support regional HR transformations, improving processes and systems.
• Act as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations and organizational culture.

Must Have:

• Industry Expertise: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 8–12 years in HR, with strong experience in the LATAM region. Demonstrated success managing HR across multiple countries.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is strongly preferred.
• Travel: Ability to travel internationally up to 40%.
• Location: Must be based in Miami or willing to relocate.
