Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and product support.
- Provide detailed guidance and solutions to customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing products or equipment.
- Collaborate with the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to address and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Conduct on-site visits or remote diagnostics to assess and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical specifications to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in a CRM or tracking system for future reference.
- Prepare and deliver technical training sessions or demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
- Provide feedback to the product development and engineering teams based on customer experiences and issues.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, such as user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and analyze trends in technical issues to identify areas for improvement in products or processes.
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly, professionally, and in alignment with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and best practices relevant to the company’s products and services.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client presentations or negotiations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent market experience is required.
- A minimum of five years of successful and progressive industry experience in Sales and Service of related products, including the understanding of de-watering and clarification equipment, i.e., centrifuges, belt presses, and clarifiers.
- A confident, bright, articulate, innovative, highly motivated character, and self-starting with a high energy level and a spirit of team effort and cooperation.
