Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
2. ODE Extract File Expertise
- Develop a thorough understanding of ODE extract file structures, data formats, and extraction processes.
- Coordinate with IT teams to schedule and execute data extractions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot data extraction issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.
3. Financial Reporting
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial reports using ODE extract files as the primary data source.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to extract meaningful insights from financial data.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, business analysts, and IT teams.
- Provide clear and concise updates on project progress and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels.
- Address stakeholder concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on financial reporting projects.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting principles and practices .
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Data Extraction (ODE) extract files.
- Expert proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred :
- Formal education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration .
