Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Scrum Master to join our team in the banking domain, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, business analysis, and banking systems. This role involves coordinating agile processes while analyzing business requirements to deliver seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as both Business Systems Analyst and Scrum Master, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones by removing roadblocks and facilitating team collaboration.
• Track and report project progress, sprint metrics, and deliverables to stakeholders.
