Lease Coordinator
Do you have Detail-Oriented Lease Administration experience in a commercial property management environment? Contract to hire opportunity in the San Antonio area paying $23.00-$25.00 an hour. Looking for someone that can start asap.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Works closely with Leasing Manager and Administration in leasing office space, providing lease request documents and distributing leases for execution.
· Responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, and inputting lease document data in a timely manner.
· Will work daily with leasing, property management, and accounting teams to answer inquiries, discrepancies and resolve issues timely and accurately.
· Compiles summaries of information relating to processed documents.
· File, locate, and extract information from files and records as requested.
· Prepare and manage lease correspondence (default notices, lease notices, violations, and collections).
· Track critical dates as it relates to the lease clauses and landlord deadlines.
· Assist with lease interpretations relative to tenant issues.
· Review lease paperwork and amendments.
· Responsible for efficient operation of administrative office.
· Meets with a variety of customers, tenants, and visitors.
· Demonstrates ethical behavior as expected by our clients, colleagues, and the community. Understand the personal obligation to report any activity that appears to violate applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
· Perform other projects and tasks as required.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
· Minimum of two years of experience in commercial property management. Medical experience is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
· Demonstrated computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, Outlook and web browsers (i.e. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge).
· Experience with MRI and Yardi preferred.
