The Sales Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in the sales and marketing team, providing support for projects owned by the designated Account Executive. Responsibilities include direct client interaction, collaboration with multiple departments, and ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction under the guidance of the Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining sales files and documents.
- Collaborate with departments including project management, production, and marketing to ensure all necessary information is communicated for successful sales and project execution.
- Ensure estimates, shipping dates, and invoicing forecasts are on schedule.
- Facilitate execution of account relationships and projects including communication with customers and project managers at the discretion of the Account Executive.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information and status updates as needed.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and address any challenges that arise during the sales process.
- Understand customers' needs and objectives for each project.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, seek feedback, and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to problem solve.

Pay Range
$53,000 - $68,000 (+ profit sharing)
The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, the base salary of internal peers, and demonstrated performance.
