Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing full-scale support to the sales team. The Sales Support Coordinator will provide thorough and decisive administrative sales support including data collection and compilation. This role requires a passionate sales support professional with an eye for detail and an unrelenting drive for results. This role works independently and as part of a team within Sales and cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure sales objectives are achieved.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit LDJ’s core values and culture in all aspects of the job.
  • Provide full-scale administrative sales support to Sales team.
  • Ownership of the Sales order entry function, to include ensuring all customer applications and orders are accurate and approved for submission.
  • Proactive CRM administration including pipeline management and support.
  • Answer and direct incoming sales calls
  • Enter sales leads, research potential customers, and convert sales leads to opportunities for Inside Sales
  • Assist with data entry and management in ERP system
  • Assist with gathering and relaying documents necessary for spiffs and rebates
  • Pull data and reports from Power BI to assist TSMs
  • Serve as liaison between sales and other departments which includes passing along necessary documents, revising sales order, etc.
  • Maintain internal records for Sales Team including Dealer Locator and Available for Sale list
  • Assist Territory Sales Managers with execution of direct customer and dealer transactions.
  • Contact sales team members to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
  • Execute sales/marketing communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure optimal results are achieved and program elements concluded.
  • Team event scheduling and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer/scanner, copiers, etc.) resolving problems.


Education and Experience:

  • High school degree required, bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
  • 4+ years progressive administrative experience in a sales or marketing environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, & Excel.
  • Knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge and/or experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
  • Previous CRM experience preferred.


Travel:

  • This position requires the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. A valid driver’s license is required.
