*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Manager to oversee our data management processes and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and availability of data across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of data warehousing, data analysis, and project management methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage data-related projects in an Agile environment while leveraging tools such as Tableau, Python, and Talend to drive insights and decision-making.

*Duties*
* Lead the development and implementation of data management strategies to optimize data quality and accessibility.
* Oversee the design and maintenance of data warehouses to support business intelligence initiatives.
* Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-related projects and initiatives.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while adhering to Agile methodologies.
* Train and mentor team members on best practices in data management and analysis.
* Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.

*Qualifications*
* Proven leadership experience in a data management or analytics role.
* Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
* Proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
* Solid data analysis skills with experience in Python for data manipulation.
* Familiarity with Talend or similar ETL tools for data integration processes.
* Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
