As a Quality Engineering Associate within the Robotic Surgical Technologies team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our cutting-edge medical technology. Key Responsibilities
Product Investigation:
- Coordinate technical product investigations and collaborate with various teams to resolve quality issues in robotic surgical technologies.
Defect and Issue Management:
- Represent the Quality Engineering team in addressing defects, issues, and changes, particularly in the context of robotic surgical technologies.
Customer Quality Support:
- Analyze post-market trends in robotic surgical technologies to support the Customer Quality Experience Management team.
Complaint Monitoring:
- Lead bi-monthly analysis of complaints in robotic surgical technologies and ensure timely report delivery.
Field Performance Analysis:
- Provide weekly summaries of field performance for Robotic Surgical Technologies, contributing to product quality and performance.
Regulatory Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO post-market analysis requirements for robotic surgical technologies, including oversight of external AMS partners.
Design Control and Process Improvement:
- Align internal policies and procedures for robotic surgical technologies with regulations and standards, with a focus on software, risk management, and change control.
Guidance and Training:
- Provide guidance and training on internal procedures, including Design Control, while adhering to regulatory requirements for robotic surgical technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster positive working relationships with leaders in Service, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, particularly in the context of robotic surgical technologies.
Project Management:
- Use coaching and facilitation skills to ensure adherence to project management practices and best practices in the field of robotic surgical technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, ECT.)
- Off-the-charts communication and willing to go the extra mile!
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to be in the robotics surgical space, willing to learn the medical device space
- A commitment to upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance.
