• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIH Certification

Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess clients’ needs, strengths, and support systems.

Conduct psychosocial evaluations to identify resources and barriers.

Case Management:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care or treatment plans.

Coordinate services with community resources, healthcare providers, and other agencies.

Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.

Advocacy:

Advocate for clients' rights, access to services, and fair treatment.

Help clients navigate complex systems like healthcare, housing, or legal aid.

Counseling and Support:

Provide emotional and therapeutic support to clients and families.

Facilitate individual, family, or group counseling sessions.

Address crisis situations and provide immediate intervention.

Pay Highlights:

Negotiable Pricing

Daily OT after 24 hours

Weekly OT after 40 hours

Prioritize tasks to deliver quality, timely patient care.

Maintain clinical competency and perform skills within legal and facility policy boundaries.
