Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on data entry, administrative tasks, and supporting key operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Records Management:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain various data sets, including
employee records, production reports, and inventory logs.
- Ensure all records are organized and accessible in compliance with
company standards and regulations.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members,
including preparing reports, creating presentations, and managing
schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring messages
are directed appropriately.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
Operational Assistance:
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for
manufacturing operations.
- Track and reconcile daily data related to production output, equipment
usage, or inventory levels.
- Coordinate with departments to gather and verify information as needed.
Office Coordination:
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the team has necessary resources.
- Support the organization of meetings, including scheduling, preparing
agendas, and taking minutes.
- Help with event planning for employee gatherings, training sessions,
or company events.
Basic HR Administrative Tasks:
Assist with processing new hire paperwork and maintaining employee files.
Handle routine inquiries from employees regarding basic policies or procedures.
