Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Microsoft 365 applications to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist with basic networking tasks, including managing connectivity and network devices.
- Document and track support tickets and solutions to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT challenges.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT help desk support and networking.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and applications.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
